MEMBER"S PROFILE

Born in Walnut Creek, Cal; 20 years old, junior business major at Wake Forest University. I first got into the import scene when in high school in Atlanta. While in high school, I produced my first car show bringing 90 registered show cars into my high school parking lot to raise money for Make-A-Wish Foundation. Soon after I got involved in the car club, Unique Creations, where I helped produce a second show bringing over 120 show cars to raise money for American Cancer Society.

After graduating, I moved to Winston-Salem to study at Wake. In August 2003, with no website experience I created the site www.ImportsNC.com as I couldn't find any sites dedicated to improving the import car scene in North Carolina. This site has helped me find my way into the scene in NC and make lots of new friends and contacts. From ImportsNC, I also came in contact with the guys from Team RPM of whom I’ve been a member with for the past 2 years. Watching the site and Team RPM grow together has been a blast. Now I look for ways to promote both of these passions together online, at meets, and show. Team RPM and ImportsNC hit the scene hard with our booth last year at HIN Charlotte with some of our best cars and hottest models.

Honestly my car has been on the back burner for new mods, besides a new set of Enkeis, for a while due to the cost of school and my differed interests in promoting the site and team. Most of Team RPM are a big part of ImportsNC, without them the site would be still in the stone ages. Spring 2006 I will be studying international business and commerce at Cambridge University in England. I hope to intern the following summer with one of the major import part manufactures. If you have any leads, let me know! The future beyond that is fuzzy. My current life goal is to start up a custom import part manufacturer. I think it would be fun to be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process from R&D, marketing, sales, and of course building hot custom company rides.
