I first got a taste of racing by participating in Go-Kart racing at the age of 10. I did that for 6 years and started racing mini-stock at Concord Motorsports Park, NC at the age of 16. After a while, i became more interested in crew-chief specializing in setting up race cars for my older brother. During that time, I won Rookie of the Year in mini-stock in 1999. I moved up to late-model stock and won rookie of the Year in 2000. I continued in the late-model stock til 2002. My father passed away in that same year so we had to sell away everything, and i started to run our family business. In 2003, i went car shopping looking for a Trans Am or an Envoy and ended up buying an Evo. The turning point of my racing career was when the clutch burned out with 3k on the Evo, that's when i met David Buschur. From that point on, Buschur Racing became my family and has helped me get where i am today. This car was the guinea pig for Buschur Racing in their R&D. My Evo is perhaps one of the fastest Buschur Racing customer's car.
